Validation and improvement

Local knowledge is vital in finding and correcting errors. The validation and improvement form in the supporting documents area can be used to inform us of any amendments required to the heat map data or issues you have encountered. You can also use it to suggest improvements. We aim to address issues through data processing and heat map compilation. We also welcome ad-hoc corrections, so please let us know if you notice something that doesn’t look right. Please email your completed form to heatmap@gov.scot. You can also use this email address to contact us directly about any issues or feedback without using the form.
