Working pattern
Our current standard working pattern is 37 hours per week. We offer a range of flexible and hybrid working options depending on the needs of the role.

35 hour working week
From 1 October 2024 our standard working week will be reduced from 37 hours to 35 hours, with no impact on pay. This change will affect all staff, with part-time workers receiving a pro-rata reduction in hours, based on their agreed working pattern.
The move to a 35 hour working week is a key commitment made to staff, to ensure wellbeing and a healthy work-life balance.
