Record of meetings between Justice Secretary, Police Scotland and Scottish Police Authority.

Introduction

The Cabinet Secretary for Justice and Home Affairs meets the Chief Constable of Police Scotland and the Chair of the Scottish Police Authority (SPA) regularly, either on a one-to-one basis or together.

From January 2024, the Cabinet Secretary, Chief Constable and SPA Chair agreed to publish minutes of these meetings on the Scottish Government website.
