Please list any suggestions you would like to make to improve the range and availability of effective options aimed at addressing the behaviour of persistent young offenders in Children’s Hearings and/or the Courts.
Please list in order of priority up to three suggested changes to legislation, policy or administration systems which you think would improve effectiveness of current work being undertaken with persistent young offenders.
