The Scottish Government aims to deliver good quality, sustainable and affordable housing, with appropriate housing management and support services. In addition, it is addressing the problem of fuel poverty.
Following discussions with the SFHA, COSLA and with input from Homes for Scotland, the Scottish Government has published a statement which outlines our shared view for the way forward in the way we invest in the social housing sector.
The statement builds on the responses received to our recent consultation on Investing in Affordable Housing.
