1. This information is based on a 2% sample of all MOTs. Vehicles are counted
once for each time they are tested, therefore "percentage unsatisfactory" would
be 50% if every vehicle failed its first test and passed its second test.
2. Including other passenger vehicles with up to 12 passenger seats.
3. A vehicle with more than one type of fault (e.g. with unsatisfactory lights
and unsatisfactory steering) is counted against each of them.
4. Over 3,000kg and up to and including 3,500kg
