13. Terminations of Supervised Attendance Orders (table 40)

13.1 This section provides information on Supervised Attendance Orders terminated between 1 April 2002 and 31 March 2003.

13.2 A total of 1,709 Supervised Attendance Orders were terminated in 2002-03. The majority (73%) were successfully completed and a further 5% were revoked following a review. Sixteen per cent of orders were revoked following a breach application to the court and the remainder were terminated for other reasons (including transfer to another area and death of the offender).
