1 The Resource Transfer from Health Boards to Local Authorities
is reflected in the Local Authority net expenditure figures supplied by councils
to the Scottish Executive in the LFR3 Return and reported in tables 7.1, 7.3
and 7.4 of this publication.
2 Totals do not equal the sum of their component parts. Some Health
Boards submit figures for Resource Transfer which cannot be attributed to the
individual client groups. However, these additional figures are included in
the Resource Transfer sub-total.
