This publication provides statistics on applications, outcomes and payments made, fees and costs, as well as apologies made in the first 18 months under Scotland’s Redress Scheme.

Between 07 December 2021 and 06 June 2023:

2,489 applications for redress received by Scottish Government
874 applications sent to Redress Scotland
694 financial redress offers were made
632 payments issued totalling £32,544,410.05 after deductions.
