As per my records the Capita contract has expired. I would like to know whether this contract is still valid or replaced by any other supplier.

Response

The answer to your question, related to request 202200329705 is the Maintenance and Support and Premium level Software Assurance contract for our Mitel telephony platform under Capita Business Services Ltd expires on the 31 March 2024. At this time there is no replacement contract in place for the Maintenance and Support and Premium level Software Assurance of our Mitel telephony platform.

In April 2023, BT were awarded contract for SWAN (www.scottishwan.com) replacing Capita Business Services Ltd, however, existing contracts can run under Capita Business Services Ltd until 31 March 2026.
