  • A021 – The list of certificates needs to be finished before the Christmas break – nearly all are identified save 7. CMAL want visibility of this. This remains ongoing (Action - FMPG)
  • A023 – CMAL are doing first stage operational assessment. Need to identify final list of unactioned remarks – target for closing this off is the next 2 weeks. This completed list will give good insight of risk and mitigations. This is still ongoing. (Action – CMAL FMPG)

  • A025 – SPARES list is distributed and what is left to procure will need to get that process started (Action – FMPG)

Hot topics

  • [REDACTED]  – expecting them to finish the job but a plan B is needed in they don’t finish by 17th. There is a contractor with full compliance and is cheaper than will need to be put forward for approval into plan
  • LNG [REDACTED] – generators are up to spec and fuel is loaded on. Increased risk to delay of sea trials if this isn’t completed on time
  • daily wash-up of the outstanding work to be done – walk the ship with a list
  • things are pulling forward but definitely need plan rebasing along with the piping and electrical as key deliverables

Any other business

  • none raised
