Actions from previous meeting

  • A017 – Work instructions to operate the ship to be provided by CMAL– still exemptions which require renewal at some point . Operator will need to apply mitigations (Action closed)
  • A017.1 - Develop operating procedures for passenger certificate (Action – CalMac)
  • A018 – Plan needs developed for [REDACTED]  based on dual fueling. FMPG looking for crew to support this. 75 people are required on site –FMPG responsibility for leading this. CMAL presence needed to observe and feedback - no accountability or responsibility for CMAL.
  • Bunkering for the trial – DT needs to update the Board by Friday this week re.  piping, space planning, and routing, etc. Any potential delay is needing reported this week for staffing requirements. Seal needed as part of supplier that is struggling to get a hold of – this will be sourced but there is a lead time on this of February
  • A021 – Still ongoing but in a good place. This will remain ongoing until complete. Rest of it is part of handover process. Part of normal closure process. Confidence in this is high
  • A023 - This can be finished during dry docking after sea trials
  • A025 – Need finalise early in the New Year

  • timeline – optics of delivery need to be balanced. Delivery dates will be examined in the new year
