We are planning to ban the sale and supply of single-use vapes in Scotland, and have consulted on these proposals.
We are now seeking views on the draft legislation required to implement this ban.

Responses to the draft regulations will be used to inform the final regulations that will be laid in the Scottish Parliament this year.
