OJEC Notices
The following notices appeared in the Official Journal of the European Communities
(OJEC) May 2000.
03/05/2000 Scottish Prison Service Prior Information Procedure Provision and
operation of fully-serviced residential training and development and conference
facilities. Service only agreement.
23/05/2000. East Lothian Council. Invitation to tender. Provision of financial
and legal services to the council to finalise the business case and lead to
the selection of a private sector partner and the establishment of a successful
contract through the Public Finance Partnership under the Public Private Initiative
to refurbish/rebuild and operate 6 secondary schools, a swimming pool and a
community learning centre.
