comments on the Forum's Actions Plans and/or who were invited to the consultative
events as participants (although some were unable to attend on the day). All
invitees received a copy of the Working Group's Action Plan, which formed the
basis for the discussion at the event. There was also a small number of additional
participants who attended on the day but who had not registered for the event,
and it is recognised that the details for these participants may not have been
