Notes: The rate in the most deprived area is over six times higher than in the least deprived area. Also of interest is the relationship between the outcome of pregnancies for girls aged between 13 and 15 and deprivation, with 4 out of 5 conceptions being aborted in the least deprived area, compared to under a third in the most deprived area.
