Scottish Ministers
In accordance with my terms of reference as HM Chief Inspector of Prisons for Scotland, I forward a report of an inspection carried out at HM Young Offenders Institution Dumfries.
Four formal recommendation has been made whilst a number of points of note and related matters have been drawn to the notice of the Governor of the establishment.
