9. SUMMARY OF THE STRENGTHS AND WEAKNESSES OF EACH OPTION
The following two tables summarise the advantages and disadvantages of each
option or family of options.

It can be seen from the above tables that single operator solutions are economically
more favourable than multi-operator solutions.
