Note A: Schools marked with (_) receive pupils after S4 to continue their education in S5 and S6.

Note 1: Sources of information
i) The information for this table was provided by careers services.

Note 2: Basis of calculations
i) All percentages relate to the known destinations in mid-October of school leavers over the preceding school year.
ii) The category "entering full-time higher education" includes those school leavers who have an unconditional offer of a place in higher education, deferred for a year.
iii) The category "other known destinations" covers unemployment and various other possibilities, for example those involved in full-time unpaid voluntary work.

Note 3: Asterisks
Two asterisks (**) have been inserted:
i) where the number of leavers who have known destinations in any category is less than 5;
ii) for "unknown destinations" where otherwise it would be possible to calculate a number of leavers below 5 in another category.

Note 4: Hashes
Two hashes (##) have been inserted where a school has recently opened or merged with another school.
