Obtaining Maintenance from Abroad

 

6. COUNTRIES WITH RECIPROCAL ARRANGEMENTS

If you have a court order for maintenance that was made in a Scottish court (whether final or provisional) you can apply for it to be registered and enforced in the following countries:
