SECTION 13 - TRANSITIONAL PROVISIONS

From April 1996 all residents who were paying a protected amount calculated under the Transitional Provisions sould have their charges assessed under the current rules.

Local authorities should keep archive copies of Transitional Provisions guidance to refer to should any resident query his past assessments.
