| 1 For discharge consents with single numeric conditions at least 75% of samples in the year must comply with the conditions and no results must exceed the numeric values by more than 100%. For discharges with two tier numeric conditions the lower values (95 percentiles) must not be exceeded by more than the number permitted by the compliance look up table in the year, and no results must exceed the upper tier values. |
