Questionnaire Issued to Prisoners at Cornton Vale
Her Majesty's Chief Inspector of Prisons for Scotland is undertaking a study into the custody and training opportunities for female prisoners in Scotland. As part of this study it would be helpful if you would complete the questionnaire by ticking the appropriate space. These forms have no identification marks and therefore your replies will be given anonymously and in confidence.
