CAPITALISE ON FINDINGS
The landscape designer shall make regular site visits to monitor and record the progress of the works. A positive effort shall be made to identify opportunities for improvement and where possible make constructive use of problems such as soil surpluses, exposed rock and felled vegetation.
The landscape designer shall visit the construction site regularly and prepare an inventory of landscape and environmental opportunities for consideration by the client. The frequency of the visits will be either specified in the Contract or be by agreement between the various parties concerned.
INFORM SITE WORKERS OF KEY OBJECTIVES
The landscape designer shall have a "hands-on" approach to the implementation of the project. By ensuring that others understand the spirit of the design objectives the designer will be assisted in identifying opportunities to adapt and modify the design to produce environmental benefits or reduce costs. |
