In normal circumstances, this Annex would contain a detailed breakdown of the staff in post at the time of inspection. However, in the case of HMP Kilmarnock, such information, which was made available for the purpose of the inspection is one of the "Confidential Matters" in the contract between the SPS and KPSL, and for that reason, cannot be published.
