15.1.1 A security audit of the prison should be undertaken (paragraph 3.1).
15.2.1 A Deputy Security Manager should be appointed (paragraph 3.8).
15.2.2 Appropriate staffing levels should always be maintained in the segregation unit (paragraph 3.10).
15.2.3 There should be a review of the ruling that all prisoners in the segregation unit cannot attend chapel services (paragraph 3.12).
15.2.4 The current system of analysis of adjudication information should be extended so that any problem areas can be identified and rectified (paragraph 3.15).

15.2.21 If legitimate demand continues for counselling services, options should be explored for increasing resources in this area (paragraph 6.34).
