Rent Control and Private Rented Sector Reform Measures Stakeholder Group

Overview

The stakeholder group was set up in March 2023 to provide an opportunity for stakeholders to input into rent control policy as it is developed, to inform the framework to be included in primary legislation through the proposed Housing Bill. The group will also provide a mechanism for stakeholders to feed into other reforms to the private rented sector to be included within the Housing Bill.
