Environment and Rural Affairs Department

IACS 2003

Welcome to the IACS 2003 Page

The Scottish Executive Environment and Rural Affairs Department has arranged for this
year’s IACS Explanatory Booklet, Area Aid Application (IACS2), Field Data Sheet (IACS3), Field Maintenance Request Form (FMR) to be placed on the Scottish Executive website.

Your 2003 AAA can be submitted online by accessing the separate electronic claims form page under the SEERAD Online heading or by submitting the paper application. Alternatively producers will be able to complete all the forms on this website. The IACS2 and FMR Form are Adobe Acrobat documents (pdf), but the IACS3 is an Excel Form. Producers who prefer to download the forms and print them off to complete on paper may do so.

Please click on Area Aid Application (AAA) 2003 Base Form (IACS2) and Field Maintenance Request Form to access the documents which can be completed on-screen before printing.

Please click on Field Data Sheet (IACS3) shown below to access the Excel spreadsheet, which you can complete on-screen before printing (print button shown at bottom of booklet and forms). NOTE- We advise that you print two copies (one for your records) as you will be unable to save the completed form.

Once you have completed your IACS 2, IACS3 and Field Maintenance Request Form,
you should check them and then sign and date them before submitting them to your local Area Office no later than 15 May 2003.
