A wide range of interests was represented in the membership of the Forum to reflect the span of the agenda. This report represents their findings. It should be read alongside the companion publication 'Using the law to develop and improve equipment and adaptation provision' which was commissioned to inform the work of the Strategy Forum, and seeks to provide a positive perspective on the legal and regulatory framework that underpins the provision of equipment and adaptation services. 'Equipped for Inclusion' provides an overview of the deliberations of the Forum and sets out recommendations for the way forward. Although it represents advice to the Scottish Executive, before Ministers consider their response it is recommended that anyone in Scotland with an interest in equipment and adaptations should have the opportunity to comment.
