PART 4 GENERAL AND SUPPLEMENTARY

Section 104: General and supplementary provisions

This section provides general information in support of previous Parts of this Bill.

Subsection (1) defines "Land Court", "Lands Tribunal", "Ministers" and "prescribed" for the purposes of this Bill.

Subsection (2) regulates the making of orders and regulations under this Bill.

Subsections (3) and (4) detail what constitutes the sending or making of any application, notification or other specified communication, and what constitutes the effective date of such application, notification or other specified communication. Subsection (5) exempts certain procedures from the provisions of subsections (3) and (4).

Section 105: Short title and commencement

Subsection (1) provides the short title for this Bill. Subsections (2) and (3) allow Ministers to determine enforcement timing within this Bill by order.
