| Subsection (3) identifies certain mineral rights which may not be bought. These are mineral rights which are reserved by statute. Subsection (4) imposes a time limit on the period during which the purchase of salmon fishings, mineral rights and sporting interests can be purchased. The effect of subsection (4)(b) is to rule out the use of this right to buy to acquire sporting interests leased to the former owner under the provisions of section 89. Section 78: Crofting community bodies Subsection (1) sets out the criteria which a body must meet to be considered to be a crofting community body for the purposes of the Bill. |
