Consultation on Community Justice Authorities

Introduction

The Consultation Paper is intended to stimulate thought and debate about criminal justice authorities. We want your views to help identify how we can best work together to achive the modern, effective and efficient system we need to reduce reoffending.

The Consultation Paper lists a number of questions relating to each of the main issues. These are reproduced in this response sheet. We would like to know what you think about the issues we have raised. Not all the discussion points will be relevant to everyone and you are, of course, under no obligation to respond to them all. Where you have a view, however, we would like to hear it.
