Consultation paper on the implementation of Article 6 - Authorised Treatment Facilities

1. PREFACE

1.1 This consultation document proposes implementation options and draft regulations for Article 6 and Annex 1 of the End of Life Vehicles Directive (2000/53/EC).

1.2 The proposals in this document relate to Great Britain. Separate proposals will be made for Northern Ireland.
