The Scottish Tertiary Education Funding Council |
This schedule sets outs the statutory requirements on the Council For example, around the membership of the Council, terms and conditions for the chief executive and other staff, Committees, Accounts etc. These are in the main carried over from the schedules in the 1992 Act, although the requirement to have a statutory research committee is new, as is the requirement to lay a report before Parliament. |
