Her Majesty's Fire Service Inspectorate for Scotland

Her Majesty's Fire Service Inspectorate for Scotland (commonly known as HM Fire Service Inspectorate or HMFSI) is charged with improving the efficiency, effectiveness and standards of the fire and rescue services in Scotland and the ways in which it provides a service to the public. Our aim is to promote high quality of service and value for money, taking full account of public expectations and the principles set out in Best Value.
