Regulation of Care (Scotland) Act 2001
A number of pieces of subordinate legislation have been made under this Act since it was passed in 2001.
The current maxima within which the Care Commission has set its registration fees from 1 April 2005 for the services it currently regulates, were set by Scottish Ministers under the Regulation of Care (Scotland) Act 2001 in The Regulation of Care (Scotland) Fees Order 2005
The following orders and regulations were made under the Regulation of Care (Scotland) Act 2001 to ensure the regulation of Adult Placement services from 20 June 2006 -

The following orders and regulations were made under the Regulation of Care (Scotland) Act 2001 to ensure the regulation of school care accommodation services not already regulated by the Care Commission, from 1 April 2005 -
