• Council Regulation (EC) No 1005/2008
• Commission Regulation (EC) No 2010/2009
• A further Commission Regulation has been drafted, including an updated list of excluded products and details of EC bilateral agreements with certain third countries. This has yet to be formally adopted and a link to this regulation will be placed on this site when it is available.
• The Statutory Instrument for Scotland is being prepared and will be available in January 2010
