Selecting your RPAC region

Where your business unit is contiguous and straddles two RPAC regions
  • You will need to choose which RPAC to apply to. This will depend on where the majority of work is expected to be carried out.
  • Submit a single Statement of Intent (SoI) or a single Proposal if you bypass the SoI stage.
  • Note in the Case Summary details of your SoI or Proposal that the unit covers more than one RPAC region.
  • The allocated Case Officer will consult with the relevant staff in the other RPAC region.
Where your business unit is not contiguous and lies in two or more RPAC regions and the proposed activities seek the same outcome and same regional priorities for each parcel of land
  • You will need to choose which RPAC to apply to. This will depend on where the majority of work is expected to be carried out.
  • Submit a single Statement of Intent (SoI) or a single Proposal if you bypass the SoI stage
  • Note in the Case Summary details of your SoI or Proposal that the unit covers more than one RPAC region.
  • The allocated Case Officer will consult with the relevant staff in the other RPAC region.
Where your business unit is not contiguous and lies in two or more RPAC regions and the proposed activities seek different outcomes and different regional priorities for each parcel of land
  • Submit a separate Statement of Intent (SoI) or Proposal to each RPAC. Each SoI or Proposal should only outline the work expected to be carried out within that RPAC area a different RPAC for each.
