Application Stages

Proposal Committed

The Proposal is in its final form and ready for scoring by the Case Officer and submission to the RPAC for final assessment. Includes Proposals considered by RPACs.

Proposal Submitted

This forms the first of a two-stage final assessment, where the completed Proposal is submitted to the Case Officer for consideration and feedback.

Proposal Incomplete

Proposal not yet ready to be Submitted, requires further work from the applicant.

SoI Assessment Complete (Amber)

The Statement of Intent (SoI) has been assessed by the Case Officer and given an Amber rating. This means that the eventual Proposal has the potential to be successful.

SoI Assessment Complete (Red)

The SoI has been assessed by the Case Officer and given a Red rating. In such cases, applicants are advised to return to the SoI stage and make amendments before re-submitting as the Case Officer is not convinced that any eventual Proposal would be successful.

SoI Assessment in Progress

The Case Officer is in the process of assessing the SoI against the relevant regional priorities.

SoI Pre-Assessment

This covers SoIs that have been submitted but are not yet being assessed. Includes SoI Received, and SoI Ready for Assessment.
