For both options:
- A full proposal, including an outcome based plan.
- Details of the land to be contained within the agreement. A supporting map providing detailed information about your proposal.
For the conversion option
- You must submit an Organic Viability Proposal to support your proposal and covering the land you intend to convert. This must be signed as approved by an organic Certification Body. Please see the Organic Viability Proposal template and guidance
- Details of capital items to be undertaken.
For the maintenance option:
A current valid certificate of organic registration and accompanying schedule from an approved organic Certification Body. This must cover the land in your application.
