Once a valid Proposal and all requested supporting documents (including maps) has been received, we will let you know when it will be considered for funding by your Regional Proposal Assessment Committee (RPAC).
Within 20 working days of the end of the RPAC meeting we will let you know whether or not you have been successful in the award of an offer of grant. If you are not successful we will give you feedback on the reasons why.
We aim to issue a contract to you within 10 working days of you confirming that you want to accept the grant offer. If we cannot do this we will write to you and tell you the reasons for the delay.
We expect you to accept or reject an offer of grant within 20 working days of us making the offer. We will not enter into negotiations over the detail of the offer during this period.
