Customer Care - How We Will Treat You

We will:

  • be polite and treat you with courtesy, fairness, honesty and respect
  • introduce ourselves when we meet and carry official identification cards which you can ask to see
  • listen to you carefully and avoid the use of technical language when we speak or write to you
  • explain our decisions and the reasons for them

We expect you to treat our staff with respect and to be as helpful as you can.
