Inspection of Annual Recurrent Payment claims
Inspections for Rural Priorities Annual Recurrent Payments will be undertaken alongside other inspections, such as Single Farm Payment inspection. Your claim will be subject to possible inspection in each year it is submitted as part of the SAF.
If your claim is selected for inspection, you will receive a letter after that inspection informing you of the results.
Inspection of Standard Capital Cost and Actual Capital Cost Payment claims
All capital claims are subject to possible inspection to ensure that the work has been carried out appropriately accordin to the Schedule of Works.
It may be necessary for Case Officers carrying out inspections to make site visits. This may be carried out either as a stand-alone inspection, or as part of an inspection for one or more other schemes.
If your claim is selected for inspection, you will receive a letter after that inspection informing you of the results.
If selected for inspection your claim will not be paid until the inspection is complete. This may result in a delay in payment.
