Changes to Claim Years

If you find that you going to be unable to submit your claim and all of the supporting documentation by 31 December of the year stated in your Schedule of Works then you must write to us requesting a Variation.

Please write and request a variation as soon as you realise you need to.

You should submit your request in writing, providing clear supporting evidence as to why the Variation has become necessary (e.g. force majeure).

Please note - this applies only to requests to push claims forward into the next claim year. Under no circumstances can we consider paying claims earlier than the year specified in the Schedule of Works.
