Claims for Annual Recurrent Payment: An Overview

Claims for Annual Recurrent Payments will be made via the Single Application Form (SAF) and so claims must be submitted by 15 May each year. Claims can be either online or in paper format. Payments will be based on the area of land under management and on a schedule of works as detailed in the approved contract. Unlike previous schemes, the payment amount will not change from year to year.

Please see Timing and Scheme Year Rules for Annual Recurrent Payment Claims for information about when claims should be submitted.

If it is the first year that you are making a claim under Rural Priorities, you are asked to complete field data sheets manually, detailing the Options and areas claimed against a FID. We ask this to ensure that the details being submitted are accurate, so that we have the correct information for future years, when the data will be used to prepare pre-printed field data sheets.

Once a claim has been successfully processed, it will be paid to the bank account that you use for all of your IACS payments, by Bank Automated Credit System (BACS).
