Wind and hydro power on the national forest estate

Forestry Commission Scotland (FCS) is working to develop the potential of the national forest estate for wind and hydro power, following provisions in The Climate Change (Scotland) Bill which will allow FCS to enter into joint ventures with developers and local communities to accelerate renewable energy developments on the national forest estate.
