The Brian Pack Inquiry ran from October 2009 to December 2010. It's remit was to make recommendations to the Scottish Government on how financial support to agriculture and rural development could best be tailored to deliver the Scottish Government's purpose of sustainable economic growth.
The work was comissioned to allow the Scottish Government to take informed policy decisions which shape the future direction of agricultural support payments in Scotland.
