Appeals and Complaints

Introduction

Appeals and Complaints are two separate issues:

  • appeals against decisions made with regard to your EU payments claims; or
  • complaints about the standard of service you have received from us.

If you receive a decision to refuse, recover or reduce your payment and the date of the decision letter is before 20 November 2009, then please see the Appeals up to 19 November section.

If you receive a decision letter after 20 November 2009, your case will be dealt with under the new EU Rural Payment Appeal procedure.
