Explanatory Booklet
The Explanatory Booklet is a comprehensive guide to the Scheme, and should have been consulted before applying. The Explanatory Booklet contains full details of eligibility criteria and the types of projects that FBDS could support. Copies of the Booklet are available from your local SGRPID area office, whose details can be found on the Contacts page.

There were two application forms for the scheme, one for Investment in Holdings applications, the other for Diversification applications. Please note that when applying for Investment in Holdings a Business Plan should also have been completed.
Both the Business Plan and the application forms are available online or from the Area Project Manager or your local SGRPID office, details of which can be found in the Contacts section.
