Methodological Changes to Scottish House Conditions Survey Estimates on Fuel Poverty, Energy Efficiency and Carbon Emissions.

On 9 December 2014 Scottish Government will publish ‘Scottish House Condition Survey, Key Findings 2013 Report’. This publication will include revised estimates of energy efficiency, carbon emissions and fuel poverty.

Scottish House Condition Survey

This is the largest single housing research project in Scotland, and the only national survey to look at the physical condition of Scotland's homes as well as the experiences of householders.

Fieldwork: The survey fieldwork runs from January to December each year, with the survey now an integrated component of the Scottish Household Survey.
